Update: I have been using this for over a week. I am quiet impressed. Even though they feel flimsy (the smaller hooks), they have worked perfectly. These hooks and stitch markers have been a life saver with which row I am on and the number of stitches for the longer rows. If you do not use the light, the digital lasts a long time; not sure how long with light. The light is difficult to see with small stitches and white yarn, so I have not really used it. I have fibro, so my hands often hurt, but it does not with this product. It might seem like a lot of money for this product but it is well worth it. I am glad I spent the money.The smaller needles are so flimsy that I am afraid it’s going to break, especially if it gets caught on something. I also should have read the instructions and details better. Sadly, I thought it counted for you as you crochet but I was wrong. Not sure how it is going to work even when I go quickly on some of the stitching. Do I have to stop every time I make a row and stitch? Definitely seems like a lot to do and remember when you are in the zone. I don’t mind the pushing the row button but not the for every single stitch. I only got it because I forget sometimes what stitch I’m on. It is what it is I guess. The light is bright so that’s a plus and it comes in a neat and organized case. Not sure if it is worth the money but if I am wrong I’ll fix this review.Love this item! Lots of different hooks and you don’t have to count.everything works really well and i have no issues with it. the only down side is that the hooks squeak obnoxiously when you are crochetingAs I had hoped. I'm not a fast crocheted & it shuts off before I stop to put in number of stitches I've done & then I have to put work down to turn it back on which just adds more time to my project. On the good side, it does stay on the last qty number you put into itI love that in low light places I can still see to crochetI bought this being very skeptical. Wasn't sure how I was gonna like the stitch counter on the handle. But I love it! If you crochet you need this in your life! I love how I can change the hooks. What would make this better is if the counter could keep up with 2 projects not just one.I use silk and acrylic yarn and when I crochet I’m so afraid of snapping these hooks! They aren’t as flexible as my other plastic hooks. They also tend to snag on the silk yarn, which is disappointing. I prefer steel and aluminum hooks but I really wanted a set that could light up. I wish they were a little more flexible.Love the bright light. Makes it easier for older eyes to see thread in dimmer lights
