These are excellent for working on the computer. They are well made and warm without being too thick or bulky. The yarn is acrylic and does not itch. They fit from just above mid-finger knuckles to a few inches above the wrist with a hole for the thumb, thus they cover the carpal tunnel area keeping it warm and more flexible when doing a lot of typing work. As my husband and I are both programmers I also got a set for him and he loves them. They are stretchy enough to fit my small-med female hands up to his med male hands without being too loose or too tight. Colors seem to stay true when washed in appropriate temps, however I do wash these inside a pillow protector to prevent possible snags and dry flat. These make a great gift for anyone who works or games a lot on the computer.
