The hair is cute. Probably one of my most complimented styles. I got it professionally installed. I did the 1bThe pros: unique style, great for summer/warm weather, holds up well in waterThe cons: this is not good for fine hair - If you use all 8 packs it will be heavy. I had to go through and take out a pack worth of hair; some of the curly pieces got frizzy and matted; hair can be itchyPlease soak the hair in vinegar and warm water before install. I was in a hurry so I didn’t do this, and I had an allergic reaction to the hair. I could only keep them in for 4 weeks because the scalp irritation never really went away.I have no complaints about this hair whatsoever. When I tell you this black girls loves to swim in the sea she loves to swim in the sea. From jumping off the boat into the water or just floating this hair has held up without any matting. You just have to take the time and make sure you go through and separate the curls for the maintenance to prevent that but I didn’t do that everyday. I just fluffed and went on bout my vacation. I’m not sure why some said it matted but maybe they put some kind of product on the hair and I would recommend not to. Just oil your scalp. Also, I have eczema and the hair did not cause one outbreak on me at all. I think I’ll purchase the 18in next time for longer length since I’m tall 5’9 and it won’t be that much down my back. All in all I would give this a product 10 stars if I could.Beautiful hair ! My first time trying crotchet but 1st time using this hair. I used it for my 7 yr old. I only looped it one time but the knots/loops dont stay. So maybe i need to do 2 times. The hair is soft out the bag, and very pretty ! But it does tangle a lil after a few days. I been putting mousse on it and that helps to reshine it and take the tangles out. I used maybe about half of the hair so i have plenty to do it again if needed !I’ve ordered this hair twice the 1st time it was super soft the 2nd time about 2 months later it was very scratchy and irritable. My daughter loved the look on me and ordered it as well after my 1st try. She said hers was fine so maybe I just got a fluke bag the second time. I’ll probably try again because it is so cute!Hair is nice and people love it on me but it tangles extremely bad. Have to add detangler to it daily to loosen the matted frizz and tangles going on. Hole for loop is poorly done and won't let you pull all of the way so a lot of root covering by putting it in a pony tailThe color was nice but unfortunately there was an odd odor and residue. This was found out after installing them. Washed and they are fine but next time if I purchase again I'll do an ACV wash/strip. This was the first time I've ever bought crochet hair from Amazon. Lesson learned and I'm not bitter just more knowledgeable of what to do before install.The hair is really great. Soft, no order, great hair. However my head is not that big and I don’t have enough so I had to improvise. If you like a full look you may need more hair. Other than that it’s great!The hair feels really good and is super cute. Installation is fast and easy. This is my 2nd time installing. I will say the hair will get tangled if kept in too long or not taken care of, but I definitely recommend for a protective style.
